The ABC’s of Christian Faith: theology conversation cohort

October – June 2025/26

Theology is a wrestling & resting in the mysteries of God, God’s presence, God’s world and our human life within it. Kelly Kapic

This monthly cohort will reflect on the language of scripture, creed and confession that opens the door to the great drama of Christian faith: Father. Son. Spirit. Heaven. Hell. Forgiveness. Sacrifice Transfiguration. Resurrection.  All the great mysteries of faith we’re invited to be astonished by, changed by, and pass on to others.

Unique to our Reformed accent, this cohort will use the hymn book Lift Up Your Hearts and the prayer book Morning & Evening Prayer to shape our learning. So yes, there will be singing.

Throughout, we’ll consider & practice key qualities of healthy theology such as humility, prayer & community.

Who is this For? anyone interested in the questions & resources of the Christian faith; anyone with
questions about Christian theology; teaching elders, catechism teachers, elders and deacons, especially those needing a time of spiritual refreshment and re-visioning on faith’s essentials

Available in-person and on-line.
