Learning How to Grow Restorative Churches

Participants will be introduced to FaithCARE’s vision and framework for restorative congregations. They will learn how to design and facilitate proactive listening circles for a variety of topics and occasions. They will also learn how to apply a restorative approach to enrich interpersonal relationships, leadership & council meetings, staff meetings, small groups, ministry teams, congregational life, congregational discernment, and many other contexts.
