That’s the question CC posed to MPs from BC and Alberta about a new pipeline. It’s also a question to consider regarding the tensions in the U.S. as described in “Minnesotans Pull Together” and in Michael Buma’s editorial, “Are You Ok?” “…Divides are deepening” said Arnold Viersen (MP AB).
